This service includes the assigning of a telephone line reserved for you with the national prefix of your choice, and personalised answering by a multilingual secretary according to your precise instructions, and a fax number with the same prefix.
The telephone calls are recorded and you are notified by email; these calls can be directly notified or forwarded to your landline or mobile number.
You can access your reserved area on the website Segretariaonline at all times and consult the archive of telephone calls managed on your behalf.
This service operates from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm.
